Basement Organization Services

We offer two types of basement organization services. Finished basements that may contain laundry facilities, bedrooms, a family room, a games room, a second kitchen and/or an inlaw suite, are organized in much the same way as other rooms in the house. This service, therefore, is part of our general home organization offerings.

Services for unfinished (or partially finished) basements, however, are separate since these types of spaces often have unique challenges that require unique solutions. These services are for you if some or all of the following apply:

• Your property is located in Toronto, ON, Canada or the GTA.
• Your basement is unfinished or partially finished.
• Your space needs to be organized but you do not have the time or inclination or ability to do it yourself.
• You need help decluttering.
• You need help cleaning and moisture proofing your space.
• Your basement has multiple uses and you need help to create distinct zones that cater to each use.
Common basement zones include laundry, recycling, seasonal decoration storage, bulk food storage, entertainment product storage, seasonal clothing storage, sports equipment, workshop tools and more. Zones are specific to your needs and your lifestyle.

• You need light debris removed from your property.

• Clear your space.
• Help you decide what to keep and what to sell, give away, or discard.
• Remove dust, mold and mildew.
• Apply waterproof sealant to minor cracks in the foundation and the walls.
• Assess your needs and divide the space into zones.
• Source, assemble, and install basement organization products and systems.
• Organize your belongings by category into their own zone.
• Remove items that you wish to give away or discard.

Our services can be booked by the session. A session lasts 3 hours and costs $165 plus GST for the Organizer's time. Supplementary fees may apply for additional workers, truck rental, dumping fees, and/or organizing products if these are required and applicable. If you are located a long driving distance from Yonge and Bloor an additional charge may apply for transportation.
